Why Albania Future?
Children are the future. Their knowledge today will advance society tomorrow for the next generation. To build the future, the first priority should be the nurturing and education of Albania's youth. Although poverty and inequality play a powerful role in shaping Albanian children’s educational opportunities, inequality is not inevitable, and poverty is not destiny. We believe education is the great equalizer, opening doors of opportunity for all, and ensuring that people are equipped with knowledge, creative thinking and a sense of global citizenship.
Albania Future Foundation (AFF) is founded upon the conviction that an educated citizenry is essential to a healthy democracy. The Foundation sees education as a catalyst for positive change, a force that can transform the lives of individuals and families and advance the economic and civic health of the Albanian society. AFF is a non-governmental, non-profit and independent organization committed to providing educational opportunities such as summer camps, English language courses, school supplies, and scholarships to underserved Albanian children.
